I... forgot I made this. Since I'm on here though, I'll make a bit of a list.
I need to track down a decent drawing program that I can design my eventual home on. I would like to include the following requirements:
1. Book shelf staircase. I've wanted this since I first saw a picture of it.
2. An Atrium. I'd like to have a place to grow trees, have a garden, that is outside, but surrounded by house, if that make sense, we have one here at work, I'll try to get a picture.
3. A workshop/garage. After moving in to my current place, I realized how much I would have loved to have an area like this. Next place I get definitely needs this.
4. A giant open room. Like what we've all witnessed at Sterling Studios.

and for #2- i hear you, like a courtyard or something in the middle of the building that's surrounded by wall.
It's kind of the "itside". That word was intended to be used to describe an area that was inside, but out as well, I think it could apply to this.
